Team Based Learning
The average class size of 25 students, enrolled in a nine month required curriculum fosters sharing and teamwork. The team approach is emphasized among the instructors as well as the students. The instructors collaborate with one another to integrate the contents of each module and to incorporate innovative ideas and approaches to learning. Each class consists of group activities that will challenge the student's style and individual approach to business and entrepreneurship. Networks and relationships will be established for the long term. The course design serves as a model for the environment in which students as Christians will operate as anointed entrepreneurs.
